Glenn W. Neumann
Glenn knew from an early age that accounting was his calling, earning his BA in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound and an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University. He also became a CPA and is an Accredited Small Business Consultant.
During his thirty-year tenure at Coca-Cola, Glenn worked in a progression of accounting management positions. He also worked for several years as Controller for Pizza Blends, a company that produced and sold pizza dough mixes to many of the major pizza chains. He applied this extensive knowledge and expertise to launch his own bookkeeping and accounting business, which eventually became the consulting business of Performance Business Analytics (PBA).
Glenn has been a major contributor to growth and success for companies he has worked with, as well as for PBA. His accomplishments include helping one company save over a half million dollars in a state tax audit, but equally impressive is his ability to find and develop exceptional talent.
At PBA, Glenn is a leader, mentor and advisor who is always willing to share his years of experience. He works with clients (some of which have been with him since the beginning), recruits new employees and manages the finances for the company.
Glenn and his wife, Patricia, have two sons and seven grandchildren. They’ve always loved cruising and now stay busy attending family sporting events, including Mark’s hockey games and grandchildren’s soccer games. Glenn was somewhat of an athlete himself, playing volleyball for the Tacoma YMCA and other teams for more than fifty years and winning many championships and trophies along the way.
“The thing I’ve enjoyed most over the years is finding the most talented, hard working people and helping them be successful. I will sort through hundreds of applications to find the right fit. Providing income for good people was one of the reasons we started PBA and we have built a great team that does a fantastic job serving our clients and providing outstanding service to our clients is our primary objective.”
